| | I've tried to log in but the error message says my username or PIN or password is incorrect. |

Your PIN and password are CASE SENSITIVE. That means that uppercase or capital letters in your password have to be entered as uppercase or capitals, and lowercase or small letters in your password have to be entered as lowercase or small.
Check to make sure that CAPS LOCK is off on your computer. Usually a small light on your keyboard will show you when CAPS LOCK is on - make sure it is off.
Look at the email you received again and make sure that you know the numbers for your PIN. Check your password and make sure you know when each digit is a number, an uppercase or capital letter, or an uppercase or small letter. |

We want to help you log in and vote! If you did not receive your PIN and password through email you can:
1. Check your email trash box. Your email account settings may have sent the email with your PIN and password to your trash box.
2. Try the 'Forgot My Password' link on the login page to have your PIN and password emailed to you.

| During the final round of voting you can log in and vote between 5:00pm on September 14th and 11:59pm on Octoberr 13th. |

To get to the vote page after logging in click on the 'VOTE' link in the top menu to get to the main voting page. Click on the 'VOTE' link in the left menu to get to the list of categories.
If you can not see the 'VOTE' link or list of categories this may be because you do not have cookies enabled. You must have cookies enabled in order to log in and vote. Click here to find out how to allow cookies for this site in your web browser. |

| | My PIN only has 5 digits and I haven't been able to log in. |

| If your PIN number only has 5 digits, try entering it with a 0 (zero) at the front. So for example, if your PIN is 11111, try entering 011111 for your PIN when you try to log in. If you are still having problems, please fill out the request for login help here. |

| | I used the 'Forgot My Password' link, but the email I received said Account: 0. |

| If you tried to retrieve a forgotten password in the last week of August, you may have gotten an incorrect PIN number (0). This technical issue is now fixed, so if you go to the Log In page again and fill out the 'Forgot My Password' form, you should now receive the correct information. |
