1. You must be a registered member to vote.
2. Voters are allowed one vote per category.
3. Voters can not change their vote.
4. Voters are allowed to vote in all categories.
5. Voters do not have to vote in all categories.
6. Voters can sign back in to vote if they sign out, but only in categories they have not already voted in.
7. Only categories with 3 or more submissions are eligible.
